Where should you incorporate? Where MUST you qualify to do business? When does it matter?

If you expect investors to invest, you've got to be fully committed to the success of your company. Translation:  you've got to be "all in" with your Intellectual Property.

Be careful when you make new hires. You want to call them contractors, but the feds and the states want to call them employees, and want you to do withholdings. They want their money!
